FOOD AND JOBS CREATION
Rural Cambodian lives on scarcity, almost under US$1 a day, on an average of 4-5 mouth to feed per household. Mostly not educated, they get to work in the town to earn only for a day or two to tie them over the next few days. The jobs are just too few to keep them going. This income-poor condition is further aggregated by exposure to poor health care, unhealthy food and unhygienic living condition.

DEEP SOCIAL IMPACTS:
- Allow the targeted rural families to start farming in a concerted effort
- Use each of their smaller land (otherwise gone unused) to grow HVC crops using hydroponics method.
- Harvest part of the crops goes to the family for food and
Harvest the rest from each family to form the bulk and sell off in the real market.
Distribute the profits (after cost) to the families who participated in the program. - Acquire contemporary tech-base farmknowledge and farming skills, enabling trainees to turn Farmpreneur using TFIP.

FOUNDER AND ASPIRATION
The founder is a social-entrepreneur and uses Hydroponics crops-growing method to teach, support and fund the initial hardware to allow poor or low income group in rural part of Cambodia to grow high value crops (HVC for short, mainly salad class vegetables) in warm climate.
